Sixth grade English Language Arts maintains a focus of "Working Smarter, Not Harder." Students are taught the value of planning ahead and learning helpful work ethic. Homework assignments are mostly given in advance so students can plan their work schedule accordingly. Likewise, students are expected to be studying a little each night for weekly quizzes on Fridays.
Extra help for ELA on the Effective Communication team will be held on Mondays from 3:00-4:00pm. Extra help for ELA on the Community Membership team will be held on Tuesdays from 3:00-4:00pm.
