Students from Innovation Academy Charter School present seven songs, written, recorded, and mixed in 5 consecutive school days. Over the course of five days (June 15 - June 19) a group of ten Innovation Academy Students and two teachers embarked on a journey to write, record and produce a professional quality collection of songs. All of the songs were student written and performed (with songwriting and playing help from teachers) and take influence from a large variety of genres ranging from folk, to thrash metal, to pop, to G-funk reminiscent hip-hop. Each of the students was able to bring their own unique talents to the mix providing for an explosion of creativity and hard work. Enjoy!
