6-8 SOCCER
TOURNAMENT: IACS' 6-8 girls soccer team will forfeit their playoff game due the Sargent Center field trip; The 6-8 boys and girls will combine to play in the boy's playoff bracket. MIDDLE SCHOOL BASKETBALL (GRADES 5 - 8) (updated 10/6/2010)
All 5 - 8 grade students interested in playing basketball for IACS should make sure ALL paperwork is on file by Friday, October 29, NO EXCEPTIONS. .
REQUIRED PAPERWORK INCLUDES:
A current physical (ALL IACS athletes)
A current IACS parent permission form (ALL IACS athletes)
EAA Medical Treatment & Liability Release (MS athletes ONLY)
A copy of athlete's birth certificate (MS athletes ONLY)
$50.00 Athletic Fee
Tryouts will begin the week of November 1, 2010.
NOTICE FOR PARENTS/CARPOOLS
Please take note of the time(s) tryouts/practices are over. Please be prompt in arriving to pick up your athlete
as the coaching staff will not be able to stay after practices for extended periods of time to supervise.
If you are aware (in advance) you will not be on time to pick up your athlete, please make arrangements with
another parent/carpool to allow your son or daughter can get home safely. If your son or daughter is to be taken home by
another adult a written and signed parent letter must be given to the coach.
