NEWS & EVENTS
SCHEDULE UPDATES: The Riverwalk Invitational has been changed to Monday, Oct. 25; The LeBlanc Invitational has been changed back to its original date of Wednesday, Oct. 27;  (updated 10/15/2010)
RESCHEDULED MEET: The XC meet scheduled for October 6 vs SMiS has been rescheduled.  IACS vs SMS on October 15 will now be a tri-meet adding SMiS. (posted 10/6/2010)
HIGH SCHOOL Co-ed CROSS COUNTRY (HS XC)
 
The high school Cross Country season has been cancelled for the 2010 season.  IACS will look to have XC in Fall 2011.

Message From The Coach - Coach Pereyra
All students (boy or girl) grades 6-12 are welcome to come join the newly formed IACS Cross Country Team.
If you're an experienced athlete, someone just looking to get into shape, or someone just seeking a new and
exciting experience to represent IACS with pride, the IACS Cross Country Team is for you!
PRACTICE GUIDELINES:
Athletes should bring plenty of water, wear appropriate clothing & footwear (i.e. running shoes).  No jewelry can be worm during practices or tryouts.  No matter what your talent level, all are welcome to come and participate.  If you wish to participate please make sure to have all necessary paperwork on file (current physical & parent permission form) with the IACS Nurse's Office and Athletics Office.
